the staff is very friendly and I really like the location, it's conveniently located.

The facility is new, well maintained, safe and clean. Loading and unloading zone is inside in a safe covered area. If it's raining nothing gets damaged. Lots of security cameras. Marina and Jose, in the office are wonderful and very helpful. Hours of access are great! We're so glad we found Kettner storage. Plus the rental rate is competitive. Ty

This storage facility is new. It's very clean, has nice staff, and is conveniently located. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Jose and Marina actually pick up the phone when you call the office. They are friendly and willing to work with you to satisfy your needs. The facility is clean, dry, and very well maintained. Security is excellent with a keypad passcode to access the storage building and individual deadbolt locks on each unit.

I had a great experience at Kettner Self Storage, and feel like the facility is safe, clean and easy to work with. It was easy to book an appointment to come see the property. I got a wonderful tour from Marina, who was very informative and ensured I understood all of the features and rules of the facility. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The other people renting space from here seem very nice as well. They have dollies for you to use, and the facility seems fairly clean, compared to other facilities.

Nice, clean, and new storage facility in Little Italy. Jose was extremely informative and friendly. Prices are good for the location. 24 hour access would be a plus, but they are open 7am - 7pm everyday. Highly recommend if looking for a safe and affordable storage center.

From my experience the best storage facility in San Diego, they don’t have explosive late fees, the most friendly staff, and the cleanest. Love Kettner Storage. Plus it’s in the heart of San Diego, love to get some breakfast after I pick some things up to bring back home or drop off extra stuff I don’t need atm. Great food in the area… just gets a little bit trafficy in the afternoons when trying to get to the highway but that’s usually when I grab a bite to eat at Mona Lisa (great Italian food) or the taco shop up by balboa park off 5th and Hawthorn. Super clean facility, fantastic service and fair prices !

I called around a few places and Kettner Storage had the best cost with great reviews. I went down and met Marina who showed me my storage options. She is very accommodating, personal, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Kettner Storage. The facility is spotless! I've had multiple storage units over the years and this is by far the absolute best. Thank you again Marina!

Great experience getting my storage unit here. Marina, at the front office, was a delight! She was very patient with me, taking me to view all the options, and helping me find discounts that would apply for me. The units are clean (new), the elevators are roomy. Highly recommend.
